How soon can I expect my purchase? Generally, we would ship your products within 3 days- if not sooner.

Can I return my bows? We do not accept returns- but if your item is damaged, please contact us immediately via contact page. Shipping damages require a claim be filed.

What materials are used in your bows? Our products are made with high-quality materials, grosgrain and satin. We buy materials that meet Consumer Products Safety Act.  Our bows are heat sealed at the ends to prevent fraying for longer life.

How do I clean my hair bows? Hair accessories, like hair bows and headbands,  should never be washed in the washing machine nor hand washed.  Spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry.  In a pinch, use the air only setting on your blow dryer to speed up the process.  High heat may melt the glue, so it is best not to leave your bows in a hot car, hot window, etc.
